Seton Hall University's online Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership (MASCL) is an accelerated, 36-credit, 18-month, highly interactive, team-based, very practical, results oriented, "learn it and apply it," Leadership Development program that focuses on the softer but crucial skills of leadership, communication, and change management. This rigorous program is designed to meet the needs of busy professionals.

This program has a highly interactive curriculum which allows for significant discussion of strategies and solutions to current issues in effective leadership, communication and organizational change. Additionally, the program provides an opportunity to network and study with colleagues and experts in specialized disciplines.

Students progress through the program as a learning team, comprised of professionals from various industries in corporate, military and non-profit organizations. Extensive interaction between learning team members, faculty, and writing and speech coaches ensures that each MASCL student will graduate with significantly enhanced communication and leadership skills along with a personal strategy for continued success.

Three mandatory weekend-long residencies provide students with opportunities for team-building and practicing their leadership and communication skills. These residencies are held at the beginning, middle and end of the MASCL program.
