Students will be prepared to: manage the challenge of balancing conflicting values across cultures; identify important considerations in international staffing; and develop a decision making strategy based on fundamental definitions of right and wrong that can be applied across cultures. Our programs are taught predominantly online with a one or two hour virtual residency component where students are expected to be online simultaneously.
