The School of Business and Management
Azusa Pacific University's School of Business and Management (SBM) provides advanced, professional education that can lead to or enhance a career in a variety of settings, including businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. Careers in such areas become more demanding each day. APU's graduate business programs equip students with the tools to succeed in today's fast-paced, competitive marketplace, both locally and globally.

SBM offers three dynamic graduate degrees: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Arts in Management (MAM), and Online Master of Arts in Management (MAM). These experience-based programs offer students the most relevant education possible and can be completed in as little as 12 months. Classes are offered one night a week during nine-week terms, or in a flexible online format for Online MAM Program students.

The Online Master of Arts in Management (MAM) Program brings relevant business and leadership strategies to a flexible online format, helping managers and leaders learn how to effectively motivate employees to exceed market expectations in national, international, and global organizations.

Whether developing human resources, enhancing organizational effectiveness, increasing productivity, or overseeing dynamic growth, the Online MAM equips students with the skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary to face the challenges common in leadership.
