The PhD in Human and Organizational Systems emphasizes organizational, community and social systems, as informed by organization and management studies, systems theories, and related social science fields. Students examine social change in business, nonprofit, government and community settings using various forms of qualitative, quantitative and action-oriented inquiry.

PhD in Human Development


The PhD in Human Development emphasizes adult development in the context of personal, organizational and cultural settings. Faculty and students have particular interests in coaching and mentoring, ethical leadership, creative longevity and wisdom studies.

Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Development


Fielding Graduate University's online master's degree in Organizational Management and Development (OMD) is a 20-month program offering students the opportunity to develop and expand their professional skills through the study—and practical application—of organizational science, management and behavior. OMD students enhance their ability to create organizational excellence and act as change agents through the study of adult development, complex adaptive systems, virtual practices, distributed teams, and innovative models of leadership, management and organizational development. Students may select an optional concentration in Healthcare Leadership, Sustainability, Evidence Based Coaching, or Integral Studies.

Throughout the program, students apply their educational experiences to the real-world situations they face on a continual basis.
